What is your office hours?
Our office hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Philippine Standard Time. Please note that we are closed during Philippine holidays and weekends. However, we strive to respond to all inquiries and requests within our office hours.
In the case of a holiday falling on a weekday, we will adjust the coverage days of your monthly support plan and extend the coverage period accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to providing you with the best possible service.
